i suppose it must be refreshing! anyway, i have known harold and scott for quite some time now through merchant capital group. scott's a Canadian from ottawa, canada and harold is an American but living in toronto when he's not in florida. we're all very capable and we all have a good grasp on the industry opportunities that exist right now.... i con't really delve into things much deeper than that right now. suffice to say we now control all that strex had and have effectively taken control. jim olive (American) is quite capable and has over 20 years experience in the industry.... after speaking with all of you i'm going to ask that we put out a press release that accurately answers everyone's questions.
