What made ISIS a danger is that when the Iraqi army that we poured billions into, fled in the face of an ISIS attack and abandoned all of those weapons we had equipped them with, ISIS had people trained in their usage. People who used to be in the Iraqi army until Dubya and his merry crew of pirates purged them from their ranks. Having been in the army and all.
