Really? I don't recall that. I remember he talked about death, prison, rehabilitation, exile and even offered to pay a fine borrowing money from Aristotle. I don't remember a deal to recant.

I think maybe you and Koan make up stuff as you go along.

So please show me where this most illustrious of illiterate heathens was offered such a deal.
