To All: General Info - Friday January 2, 4:12 pm Eastern Time Eagle intends to buy Seismic Drilling HOUSTON, Jan 2 (Reuters) - Eagle Geophysical Inc Friday said it executed a letter of intent to acquire privately-held Seismic Drilling & Services Co for $5 million in cash and Eagle stock. Based in Needville, Texas, Seismic provides seismic short hole drilling and related services to the seismic industry, Eagle said. Eagle provides onshore and offshore seismic data acquisition services to the oil industry, a company release said.
