Pugs,
A couple of questions for you regarding some of the primary issues.
Who are RMIL's accountants? Will they be releasing any of the details on the funding. (It would have more credence if they did).

Also Riley mentioned that the financials have been sent to the SEC and should be avaialable to the public in a day or two (business days that is). Do you think the SEC will need more time to digest them or does the company or do you think the stock will be trading as soon as the ten days is up?

If both the funding is available and the stock is trading (this also assumes the SEC has cleared up any potential problems with prior press releases) I think the future of this company could be revived. The
status of RMIL vis a vis RMCW is a little muddied (and how would the parent in tern invest in the subsidiary (I am assuming that is what RMIL is). Do you know or has the company explained this relationship yet?
