If Clinton has any class I think it would be up to Obama. It's no secret that Obama picked Garland because the guy was known as a moderate and someone the Republicans SHOULD feel obliged to at least give a hearing to. Maybe he didn't even think Garland was one of the better choices and he would WANT Clinton to make her own selection. She should discuss it with Obama. The Republicans CAUSED this mess by not doing their jobs.
