Attention Institutional and Large Investors of Sequans. File your Amicus Brief in support of EUTC Case (Registration: 2016/101708)
"Sequans Communication, SA of France are being harmed by (3rd party unnamed here) by unfair and monopolistic behavior."
NOW is the time. Also file any observations you may have of adverse market and trading activity with both jurisdictions: SEC & EUTC.

Support has finally appeared. After nearly two years of investigation, discovery and filings it is finally registered by the EUTC Antitrust Division. The case addresses adverse behavior by (3rd party unnamed here) to injure Sequans Communications, SA, by unfair and/or monopolistic behavior. It does not rely on already established fact but on the judgment of 'degree of damage' and determination of exclusionary bullying actions impeding free market behavior via monopolistic fear tactics.

As you know, all of 2014 new business was destroyed and a segment of Consumer Electronics business blocked by these acts.

At stake is a ruling about that loss of business by actions of a third party via M&A Takings and improper monetary influence dated 2013-2014 and onward, causing unreasonable and anticompetitive exclusion via immediate destructive loss of business, and loss over time via threatening bullying which creates fear and inhibits future market interest and partnerships.

The argument over a 'Taking' via mergers and acquisitions represents a 'Chicago School' vs Public Welfare interpretation of events.

EUTC will decide if the destruction of the success of a business incorporated within its jurisdiction and operating globally represents good Public Welfare and good economic behavior supporting the EU economic goal of producing 20% of all IC, or Monopoly Bullying.

The best defense against a bully is the unity of those financially invested.
Your expression of interest defends your financial investment.
