HAZ / SYO I took a position in SYO because of the T/O - merger possibilities; when they issued equity at $1.00/sh. they probably killed all chances of a friendly deal.......staffing up indicates that they 'want to do their own thing'. IMO a hostile deal is not likely unless SYO beats them to the punch in some more deals. [January land sales in area should be very interesting ] The stock movement is likely related to drilling results - rumours......they have licenced 5 Dawson wells in Nov/Dec 97.
