So what, I pocketed money from my insurance claim from Hurricane Andrew. But found stuff damaged later that I thought was good. TV in bedroom worked, but blew out a few months after the storm. Didn't actually replace some stuff for years later. So this is actually typical. Also about a third of the money was for damaged personal goods, cloths, electronics, and furniture. With a mansion and lots of expensive art and furniture, closets full of Tux's and nightgowns, I suspect it may have been well more than half of the home repair costs. Also that is likely a compound with many buildings. Doesn't he have a golf course? Lots of money to remove debris and replant the golf course.
