Perhaps you'd care to really answer Tonto's questions regarding the money. Your comment that the tax loss carryforwards would somehow be nullified if RMIL got the money is pure BS. Are you doing damage control here?

And you have posted the merger is a done deal. Now you are saying that RMIL is a third party to this transaction. If so, why is some of the money earmarked for the Dominican Republic?

If RMIL is a third party, then they are not the surviving entity as the news releases say. And if they are the surviving entity, then they must have signed on as the borrower for this funding.

Where are you going with this story? I seems the information is contradicted at every turn. What's the real story?........if you have one.
