I wouldn't think worrying about Digital should be an issue. I would think they could purchase that part of Digital if necessary, as long as the stock doesn't collapse in the meantime. Hey, my paper indicated they thought MSFT bought Hotmail for $15-30 million. YHOO payed a lot more than that for Four11. And Hotmail has a huge, current customer base. Are their technologies that much different? Anyone think YHOO overpaid for Four11? Opinions? KJ
