Anyone think YHOO overpaid for Four11? Yes, very much so - but I suspect that when they made the deal they weren't expecting the market to value YHOO (the stock) so high. I'm sure Hotmail would not have come cheaper though. From what I understand, Hotmail is top dog at managing a large volume of mail due to the algorithms and architecture it uses (at least that is what MSFT says).
