Ron,

We can agree to disagree ... that's fine by me!

One thing I've stated all along is that I am very long on IAIC. You have yet to disclose your interest in IAIC. Inquiring minds would like to know.

BTW, the December 30th 33% jump for IAIC was on volume that was almost THREE TIMES their average daily volume according to Yahoo while today's 7% rise was also 150% times their average daily volume.

The facts remain ... the Y2K body shops have been showing positive financial results to date but this will change when the sands of time begin to diminish, IT consulting rates start to soar and bottlenecks and shortages of programming labor become prevalent. Automated Y2K software solutions will reign led by yes ... IAIC ... and their partners!

If your looking at historical stock price patterns of IAIC, take a look at what happened the LAST time IAIC finished a private placement.
The stock price action before and AFTER the PP will astound you!

Get ready for the Great Y2K Fix of 1998!

Regards.

Elliot
