Well, I'm a new member, and this is my first post on SI ever.

I wondering if anyone has invested in, or has thoughts about computer data center REITs.

These are real estate investment trusts that own and lease data centers -- generally leased to hosting companies or directly to large corporations building data centers.

The thinking is with the continuing big move to on-line sales, there will be big demand for facilities for web site hosting.

For example, DLR below has some data center facilities leased to Amazon.

Here are some names:

CONE, CNR, DFT, DLR, EQIX, INXN, IRM, QTS
