To anyone who has gotten the buyout papers-does is sound like the
Canadian company is also buying the parent company of ADNV, IST?-there
is talk of 1,300,000,000 shares being issued which if purchased at the .0059 price would be another 7 million dollars-I found it quite confusing to understand when reading the explanations-damn attorneys
and legalese-Gerry
