earnings surprise was the number one eye catcher last year to adding a position to a portfolio, and i am not talking individual investors, but the big dogs, financial network did a piece on it about two weeks ago, i ve been testing this for a couple of months and missed a lot of loot! my thinking was to check a monthly calendar for the strongest stocks who have shown the ability to meet and exceed estimates, hopefully getting in early enuf to take a profit in about a 2-4 week span, and it looks pretty promising
