Elliot, For the record, I have a small short position in IAIC. I am waiting for a substantial breakdown before I add to it. I believe the price will breakdown in the near future, but obviously you do not share that belief. I am not familiar with the action or terms of the last Private Placement. Perhaps you could fill me in. Do you agree the company needs cash now? Presumably you concur that they are in dire need of funds. What do you think the terms of the PP will be, if they are successful in raising funds? Regards, Ron
