ML(Dec30-)...Fourth Quarter preview..as the anxiety over the merger with NETG subsides we would expect the stock performance to improve markedly.....NETA remains significantly undervalued trading at only 21x '98 EPS of $2.45 4Q in very good shape with our estimates of $170M and .48!No ASIA impact expected!!!Asian market underpenetrated and market share gains are a major opportunity...Steve
