I've been told by a few friends (perhaps mistakenly) that about 40% of Americans have already voted. The other issue is that the result of the investigation will not be resolved till well after the election. What makes you think, outside of wishful thinking, or moral superiority, that this reopening of the email investigation will be enough to defeat Hillary Clinton?
