Steve You were quoting Wall Street so much and my favorite publication Barrons so much I thought I'd give you these figures from the street. TXN has 9 (Nine) strong buys, 4 (Four) regular buys and 6 holds. There are no sells out there. Zacks rates it 1.8 not bad at all with all the your clouds hanging over it. My broker H&Q just changed it to a hold from a buy. (Thats Chaplinsky of INTC.) Included in consencusz. In his previous write ups he speaks very highly of the company and its technology. The korea sit. and announcement of temp short fall in earnings changed his ratings. Good Luck and my very best wishes. Jerry
