I'm retired and like to collect some dividends so usually some of my money is in dividend paying stocks like REITs hence my initial question about the data center REITs.

But I like growth stocks also.

I've held SKYY in the past and it's done well for me. Also SOCL, IGV, VGT, and CIBR.

At the moment mostly out of the market. Waiting for the election to get over.

Any interest rate scare will, I figure, be a great time to pick up divi payers like those REITs.

I'm expecting a good year for techs in 2017 so I'm working on my shopping list.
