...many of those who do experience problems, might have some kind of problem in your system...

We are talking out-of-box failures on serveral disparate systems wherein the floppy-drives, hard-drives and CD-ROM-drives are magically problem free. In fact, the problem is poor quality hardware, software or both on the part of IOM, as much as it pains me to say so. We can argue about the cause but at least we agree that the problem exists.
