This post makes no sense. But I'm only going to address two points which are the thesis of the post.

One, how can you say the people are not allowed to elect the representatives they want? Anyone can run for any office in the land from dog catcher to president of the United States and people vote on them.

And two, with regard to North Korea why would you bother even posting those words? They are not pertinent to the reality. You talk about reality, the reality is that North Korea is a hard-core dictatorship.

Existence precedes essence.

I am talking about the differences between propaganda and reality. A government that calls itself a democracy, but where the people are only 'allowed' to elect representatives that generally don't represent them

and where tiny minority, special interest groups are driving the majority of the laws being enacted is not a democracy. That applies to both the US and he Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Democracy is just a word and words are cheap...

"The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a genuine workers' state in which all the people are completely liberated from exploitation and oppression. The workers, peasants, soldiers and intellectuals are the true masters of their destiny and are in a unique position to defend their interests."
