.......have not bought--in WSJ today big article on sir john templeton who just put a few million into korea. he says this is the bottom. yes he says it could go down a bit more but he feels comfidant that in 3 years it will be much higher.

....i have not bought. but am eyeing the landscape for open ended korea fund. may buy a small amount, say 5K, and hold it for a few years.

thanks for the advice.
