Do you even know what metadata is? It is the header of the email in this case. The information is who sent it, who received it and how it got from the sender to the receiver. Used to be that was easily visible in the email. But the people who write the email clients decided that information just confuses people like you and hide it. You can still see it if you want to. So, check some headers out.

There are no keywords in the metadata. That is what makes it metadata. If there were keywords, it would be data. Now there is a lot that can be determined from it. Like who you talk to and, if you are clever enough, an idea of your relationship to them.
