While I would never support such a thing, it is important to recognize that there are massive drug costs to the system that are not in Part D at all.

You do realize that chemotherapy drugs are covered under Part B and drugs administered to inpatients are covered under Part A? So, that expenditure for Neulasta (1.2 Billion) or Retuxin (1.5 Billion) is covered under Part B, not Part D.

I don't know what the total is but at worst that is an exaggeration or mistake.

I mean, Obama was going to close Gitmo by the end of 2009. How'd that go?
