This is not a known. 1. Pardon and stay 2. Pardon after losing 3. Halt the investigation? We are seeing the downside of the stat models here when the certainty got overstated. Also, maybe this helps Dems in Senate as a potential buttress in case of Trump. If not, a triple cocktail GOP govt possible. This is 1/4 now. Senate odds dropping slightly though unless 50 is enough. Odds of 50 dropping too though. Most likely Senate losses: IL WI PA IN NH NC FL OH First two are done deals altough Dems advertising in WI. Next two look pretty baked but could go either way. The N's are true toss-ups as is NV. He last two are unlikely.
