Yeah, that's kinda my opinion too.

Young people seem to think that since the U.S.S.R. broke up all the threat disappeared.

But the weapons are still there and now we've got the Chinese with their own nukes and missiles.

The Bad part is Both the Russians and Chinese are trying to play "chicken" with our warships and planes.

One of those encounters could end BADLY.
