That was from early this morning. Early info is always mixed up. The FBI never got permission from a court to look for Clinton info. They did not get a court order to do so until today. This means they didn't have one on Friday when Comey went public. Which means he went public to force Justice to allow him to get a court order.

I have no doubt that FBI agents had read the Clinton Emails and passed on what was there to Comey. But even without that Comey had to go public. After all the hell he caught about his first release he had to CYA. None of this would have happened if Lynch hadn't had that tarmac meeting with Bill. She put herself out of it by doing so.
