3 main reasons, among others:

- Sales revenue of $33.5-million (U.S.), representing the first full quarter of commercial production and up 45 per cent quarter on quarter.

- Average FOB (free on board) price received for the September quarter was up 24 per cent from May/June, 2016, to $9,334 (U.S.) per tonne; cash operating costs were $3,579 (U.S.) per tonne resulting in strong operating margins.

- The scoping study for the Olaroz Stage 2 expansion of 17,500 to 25,000 tonnes per annum lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) is complete; results are being compiled and will be released shortly.
