Someone has an opinion on Allergan? The company has made many acquisitions in a short time but it is not necessarily a good sign (think about Valeant). The situation is complicated and some acquisitions may have been paid too expensive. But we saw Seth Klarman and Carl Icahn have positions. However, other major investors were wrong about Valeant like the Sequoia Fund, Bill Ackman, Lou Simpson and Glenn Greenberg. I am waiting for the next results, I believe the company has great potential but I do not like when it's too difficult to understand a company.
