Ken, The earnings from the Taiwan wafer fab investment are already significant for both SIII and ALSC. Then on top of that, is the fab value, the fab is supposed to go public and would at that time (or sooner on the leaked news) be reflected in the stock price of SIII and ALSC. The stock price represents the MMs taking wild advantage of tax loss selling etc. These low prices won't last.
