My apologies to all for not having the time to manage this thread recently since my wife passed last year. It may not get better in the near future but once things settle down, I should have time to get things moving again as they should.

Tonight I had tilapia which I cooked the frozen fish in an air fryer for 10 minutes or so. Since they are rather bland, IMHO, I tried to jazz them up with some tartar sauce I made from mayo and pickle relish and turmeric and added garlic powder, dill seeds, Sazon Tropical seasoning and Fish Seasoning. Quantities were:

1 heaping tbsp Tartar sauce
1 dash each of garlic powder, dill seeds, Sazon Tropical Seasoning and Fish seasoning.

Still needs improvement but the tilapia were tasty.... any ideas?
