The only way that classified files/emails can get on an unclassified network is if someone downloads them from a classified system with a disk or thumb drive, and then uploads them on an unclassified computer network.

If this is true, then shouldn't each classified email on Hillary's server have some chain which leads back to the original sender, and that person broke the law?

Unless the were determined to be classified AFTER being sent to Hiallry's server, and then it was too late, something like that......

Yeah, it's hard to understand this email investigation. She's innocent due to lack of intent. But someone sent them info to her. Isn't that by itself intent? Or does the criminal have to intend to give it to the US' enemies?

My hunch is the investigation is going to discover no crime, but it's going to wind up (as it always does) that some poor sap committed a crime during the investigation (probably lying to the FBI).
