I believe Assange is aware how long it takes for things to sink in and didn't want to overwhelm people with one large dump that could have been deflected by some shrewd negative BS by Hillary's clan. For the most part Wikileaks is on the peripheral now. The foundation and several devices have augmented the wiki releases as well as documented their accuracy.
