I would be cautious with Wells Fargo (WFC). The SEC just announced an investigation, so it may be better to wait until a little more clarity comes.

As far as interest rates go, I agree. The fed hiked last December and the market went into a free fall, now they're pointing to another rate hike this December even though the economy has weakened over the past 12 months. Maybe they hike another 25bps this December, but I don't see how they hike to 1+% any time soon, much less normalize rates especially in this environment of slowing global growth. I think the big question is how long will the fed remain credible if they keep promising a rate hike then delaying each meeting?
