Penni, I'll call my neihbor who is a dentist tommorrow and ask him if this routinely happens. I don't think you can go wrong with Alexa and Terry's advice though. As long as the lawyer's fee is contigent upon settlement. Your not going to believe this site I found! It's one of the most heavily visited sites on the Internet. The one thing that makes it so unique is it's owned and run by one person. A Fifteen year old high school kid!! In case CW gets too cocky show him this site :-) anandtech.com Major companies have sent that kid chips and boards for review and never knew his age. They also figured he had teams of people doing performance tests. Nope, one very bright kid, with only two computers! And some people say we should worry about the next generation?? I know I'm not worried. Maybe the most productive, creative generation in centuries. That's the kind of story which should be on the front pages of major newspapers, instead what do we see, another stupid Kennedy dies. Whoopie. Michael
