Luis,

I am not here to judge anyone. I think we have a wonderfull product with tremendous potential. I am however quite critical of what I percieve as numerous amature mistakes happening at the most inopportune times. First the company goes thru a reverse split 3 months before it was absolutely necessary, had they stalled this decision CAPR would be one of hundreds forced to do the same in Feb. Second, they for some ungodly reason chooses to avoid marketing THE COMPANY, I am not too familiar with their exposure for selling the Aurora but that is only 1/2 the equation. Jack must accept the fact that he needs to sell himself and our company as well as the Aurora. For the gazillionth time why has management chosen not to publish a web page, it is after all the most cost effective means of marketing themselvs?!?!?! Now the company files for an extension for their financials, and you say well give em a break their having a tough time with the reverse & merger and all? You were correct in saying everyone knew it was going to be the toughest quarter for the CFO bar none, but that is what defines quality leadership. Getting the job done despite this adversity is exactly what prospective investors are looking for. The clock is ticking Luis, there is precisely 30 trading days left till Feb 22nd, on that date the bid price needs to be above $1 for 30 days (it does'nt state trading days on NASDQ's homepage) That leaves us 20 days from today or Jan 22nd to get some positive movement out of this baby. I will close with some encouraging words, I agree with you that they did the truly tough part, They manufactured a cutting edge product with tremendous potential. They have convinced more than a few people that it not only works but works vastly better than its current counterpart (X-rays) Last and possibly the most difficult is they have their FDA approval which none of their competitors do. I want to see some magic in the next few weeks as much as anyone, but if management keeps stumbling over the easy stuff I hope you are ready to admit they dont have 12-18 months. It is quite likely in 2-3 weeks the story will be over. ...Sean
