There is NO CHANCE that the Clinton Foundation is NOT being investigated unless the president has called it off (via Lynch). And given Comey's pursuit of Clinton by reopening the other case, AND Obama's throwing her under the bus the same day, there is no reason to believe they have been called off.

This would be consistent with Comey's behavior in other cases.

She's going down.
