I submitted a letter that might be sent to NASDAQ last week. Most of you may not have seen it because you were on vacation. Its reply # 1072 dated 12/26. Hopefully, some of you will send a copy (even if it's watered down) to NASDAQ instead of just bitching and moaning. Otherwise the sentences, "What's it going to take? A classs action suit by Radisys shareholders...." will hardly have any kind of "in terrorem" (as they say in legalese) effect on the exchange. Note that these sentences do not constitute any kind of threat. They just amount to an inquiry. If there's more than a zero response, I'll do a more "formal" one for the SEC.
