Mtnres,<OFF> My personal opinion is that there is likely to be some real carnage in some of the penny stocks where the financials are not current. If there is any doubt as to whether a company ever had any intention to file at all, those stocks will suffer the most. Who wants to stick around if there is any doubt? Not many IMHO. This will be one of the best things that could happen on behalf of penny stock investors. It will help to level the playing field, because you will be able to get better information. But there is opportunity here as well. I know how I plan to play it.
