Hey Mike, Tough dealing with Insomnia... too many late nights this week... :0) About those DVBC financials. I didn't see any discussion of the apparent liability that Mork is suing over with Zapara's shares. Did I miss something here?? I would think that if Mork had a severe short position, that would have to be reported in the company's financials. If he has misrepresented his financials, I would suspect the SEC will have something to say with him as well. Having an outstanding short position should show up as a liability or as an investment.
