That makes sense as I had a position in HCP and sold that on their Buy out. I do still hold a small position in VTR w/ my buy 5/2014 showing a 35% return (17% annualized) to date.

I guess I will hold my VTR as they have no SNF exposure. Maybe s/d switch into OHI?

Do you hold VTR and have an opinion? VTR yields 4.6%

It's in a taxable account so may just switch into NGHCO preferred 7.5% and tax friendly. Would like to buy this at/below PAR.

Any thoughts? I do not sell naked puts in this account.
