In the first place a same sex marriage is not a "marriage". A marriage is between a man and a woman.
A same sex marriage is a paradox and an impossibility.
In the second place the American people have been beat down by the left and the LGBTQ and are afraid of telling the truth about how they really feel because they do not want to be told they are politically incorrect. They do not want to be told they are latent homosexuals or they are homophobic. Truth be known, most Americans are decent people. They know sexual perversion when they see it.
