Like the DNC can craft a strategy rather just react to events in panic... Sure, hacking happens. What usually doesn't happen is the leaking of the information. Because giving your opponent an idea of what you can do is not what intelligence agencies usually do. Unless you want to mettle in an election. Which was confirmed when faked documents started to surface.
