Dennis, I agree, information is not easy to find on this company; however, I did come across the following news release from 9/6/96 which gives us a synopsis of the company's properties in four geographical areas:

Shannon Mine Property

Samples have been taken from the Shannon mine property and have been sent in for analysis as part of the company's due diligence.

California

The company is negotiating the purchase of additional former gold producing properties in the Motherlode region of California. These properties are contiguous to and on strike with the 16-1 gold mine.

Voisey Bay

The company is in the final stages of negotiations on a joint venture
agreement re the Okak Bay properties. Results of a recent aerial survey have been very encouraging. A detailed analysis reveals conductors which will be the subject of further exploration.

Yalakom Mountain

The company intends to enter into a joint venture agreement to conduct explorations on the Yalakom Mountain gold property. If this is not successful, the company will begin exploration work on the property soon.
