Its the same as we all have observed these past weeks. Raging Bull still down for Maintenance after I logged-in, but with a logged-out the thread is shown but upon a click we get that Maintenance screen.
I'm guessing once their "payed until date" is reached, that the web site name will be available for purchase, thus ending it. Just a guess as maybe it's being purchased and negotiations have not been agreed upon for the sale to a new owner, and if done it will be back up.
