website Hi Dave! Thanks for taking the initiative with "The CVIA Clearing House" while I was recovering from the New Year's party (bad Milk...). I've set up the page (I'll post the link tomorrow, so that everyone can give their feedback). In the meantime, here is what I think should be on it: 1. Some kind of a disclaimer (e.g. "this page is for information purposes only... not an investment advice... not responsible... risks involved... I didn't do it... etc.) Wayne, can you please write something up and email it to me? 2. Company Info: address, filings, news, etc. 3. Summary (explaining that it's a shell, loss carryforward, etc..) I remember Brad had it laid out very well... Brad? 4. The question and answers in the following form: # 003 * Q: "What are you planning to do with the number of shares authorized?" - submitted by Flipper, 1/2/98 * A: "...good question..." - Jack Arnold # 004 * Q: "..." * A: "..."
