When you presume that blacks are not capable of something because they're black, I call that racist.

The great president, George W. Bush, referred to it as "The soft bigotry of low expectations." That is why you and other liberals are bigots. You are so bigoted, you don't even know when you are acting out racism against blacks, whom you presume to be incapable of independence.
