Rod, >>your claim that quality problems don't exist does little to remedy the problem.<<

I've installed various models of Zip drives into almost every
configuration imaginable and can document hundreds sold with only one defective. ( that one was an IDE ATAPI version that I sold to a customer, he tried to install it himself so no telling what he did to it )

Do you expect others to believe that over 12,000,000 have sold
and somehow they've just missed your assessment of quality ?

The mapping problems between networks and drives, printers, scanners etc are well documented. The networking specialists that we work with don't have any problems with interfacing Zips to networks.
I would be happy to refer a network specialist to you, perhaps he can
remedy the problem. ( feel free to e-mail )

>> regardless of whether or not you are part of the IOM automated response <<

Nope, just pissed me off when untrue statements are made about products of a company that I'm invested in. While those of us that have been around here a while know better there are those that are new and might not know.

To come on the board and make outlandish statements about quality
won't stand. I challenge you to put up documented numbers to substantiate your claim.

On second thought forget it. I should know better than to
respond to these types of posts but I've already written it.
